Am I locked into a yearly contract?

No. All our plans are month-to-month. We know the trades can be seasonal, so if you need to downgrade or pause during the winter, you are completely free to do so.

What happens if I get more than my daily call limit?

We will never just stop answering your phone. If you have an unusually busy day and exceed your 5 or 10 call limit, we'll cover it. If you consistently exceed your limit week after week, your account manager will reach out to suggest upgrading your tier.

Do spam calls or telemarketers count against my daily limit?

Absolutely not. We screen out robocalls and telemarketers automatically. Only legitimate inquiries from potential or existing clients count toward your daily quota.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. You will be billed automatically on the same day every month. You will receive a clean, itemized receipt via email for your business accounting.
