My name is Manee, and long before I started CallWise, I founded Greenworks Landscaping Inc. Like any trades business owner, I quickly learned that the hardest part of the job wasn't laying the interlock pavers or running the machinery—it was managing the phone during the busy season.
I was constantly faced with an impossible choice: stop working, take my gloves off, and answer a call over the roar of a machine, or let it go to voicemail and pray they didn't immediately call my competitor. More often than not, they called the competitor.
I looked for answering services, but they were either overseas call centers that didn't understand Canadian trades, or massive corporate setups that required me to change my number and sign a year-long contract.
I just needed a reliable, professional voice to answer my calls, book my on-site quotes, and text me the details while I worked. So, I built CallWise Solutions.
